MoonBite is a self-custodial system. Your private keys and seed phrase are generated on your device and never transmitted to or stored by MoonBite. So if you lose your keys or seed phrase, nobody — the project maintainers included — can recover your funds. There is no account recovery, no support escape hatch, and no way to reverse a transaction on-chain.
Back up your seed phrase somewhere secure and offline. Keep it private.
